Food Cupboard

The Kaslo Food Cupboard is open on Tuesdays from 10am to 1pm and Thursdays from 5pm to 7pm. There are over a hundred visits to the Cupboard every month.

A free workshop for parents of young children with Dianne Schwartz. Learn about the "True Colours" system of understanding personalities.
The Women's Wellness Group will be a mindfulness and art orientated group (no experience necessary). It will run Wednesdays, February 17th-April 6th from 9:30-12:00 PM.
